Fred is an active licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker and Agent with a diverse background that includes roles as a Loan Underwriter and Analyst, where he modeled commercial real estate assets using Excel and Argus. With over 20 years of experience running a successful Manufacturers’ Representative and Consulting company, he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance while working towards CCIM and SIOR designations to enhance his expertise. Outside of work, Fred enjoys creating memories with his 11 grandchildren, golfing, and shooting skeet, all while maintaining a strong faith and love for country.
