Dan Hayes

Dan brings extensive financial and real estate expertise to CSSI from his background with top Wall Street firms including Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Northwestern Mutual. As a licensed Realtor and General Partner in commercial real estate, he helps clients optimize their investments through cost segregation studies, 179D, PAD, and R&D tax strategies. A United States Air Force veteran, Dan applies the Air Force values of integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do to his client relationships. He takes an advisor-first approach, working closely with property owners and their tax professionals to maximize cash flow and minimize tax burdens. When not serving clients, Dan enjoys time with his wife and three daughters, coaches youth sports, and serves as both a PSIA Ski Instructor and National Ski Patroller at a Vail resort near Minneapolis.
