René Tabor

As a National Account Executive at CSSI, Rene helps commercial property owners maximize their financial benefits through a comprehensive suite of tax solutions, including cost segregation studies, 179D energy efficiency deductions, R&D tax credits, and Green Zip Tape implementation. With a BA in Child Development from California State University, Los Angeles, and extensive business management studies, she brings a unique perspective to helping clients navigate complex tax regulations. Her diverse career spans HR Management and Business Development, including notable consulting work on major development projects in Kauai, Hawaii, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

A passionate advocate for education and community development, Rene’s background includes designing successful internship programs at ROYCE Multimedia for Chapman University and UCI students, and founding a Futurekids Computer Learning Center. She remains actively involved in her community through volunteer work with the Los Angeles Inner City Cultural Center, the Leimert Park Village Theater Coalition, and serves as a Board Member of We Gen Zee, supporting underprivileged youth in the Maritime industry. When not helping clients optimize their tax strategies, Rene cherishes time with family and supporting theater arts initiatives.
