Prior to joining the FDA, Jim enjoyed three decades of success working in various corporate roles delivering analytic solutions that drive business success. Jim was Chief Operating Officer and Life Sciences Partner at MSRCosmos LLC, an IT services and software company. Prior to that, Jim served as Vice President of Digital and Business Technology Innovation at Syneos Health, a leading organization providing Lab to Life™ contract research (CRO) and commercialization (CCO) services, where he was focused on driving better clinical trial outcomes through advanced analytic capabilities.

Jim currently lives in Fishers, IN with his wife Lucy where we enjoy playing pickleball as often as possible. Jim leads an active lifestyle but loves playing “couch potato” while enjoying a Sunday of NFL games. A favorite place to vacation is anywhere where there is a nice beach with warm ocean water.
