Bill McCormick

Bill, a cum laude graduate in Economics from The University of New Hampshire, has held various sales and management positions with several Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox Corporation, Shulton Inc., and BASF Magnetics Corporation, as well as with a major real estate developer in northern New England. Currently representing CSSI, Bill helps commercial property owners accelerate depreciation and reduce their tax liabilities, allowing them to reinvest cash flow into their businesses or properties. Since 2001, CSSI has partnered with over 3,000 accountants and CPAs nationwide, completing more than 10,000 cost segregation studies, and offers a no-cost preliminary analysis to illustrate potential savings for clients.
