Charles Taylor
Charles has over 40 years of experience, with his first 20 years focused on electrical, HVAC, and carpentry in local government, and the last 20 in Information Technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Strayer University (2011) and spent four years teaching Adult Electrical Apprenticeship classes in Fairfax County, VA.
A Black Belt in Shindokan Okinawan Karate and a Master Mason, Charles served as Worshipful Master of Dale City Lodge 319 and is a 32° KCCH Scottish Rite Mason. He also volunteered with the Dumfries Triangle Rescue Squad.
Married to Debbie Belle Cushion since 1973, they have two children, George and Leah, and three grandchildren. An avid motorcyclist, Charles rides a 2017 Harley Davidson Tri-Glide Ultra.
