Chris Lesmeister

Chris is a cash flow expert who has been helping clients increase their financial resources since 2001. As a dedicated national account executive at CSSI, he treats his clients’ money as his own, striving to save them as much as possible and ultimately aiming to create $1 billion in tax savings through cost segregation services. Since joining CSSI in 2014, he has provided engineering-based cost segregation studies for commercial properties of all types and sizes, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax codes while delivering excellent service; in his spare time, Chris enjoys attending concerts, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
