Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business. As a representative of Cost Segregation Services LLC (CSSI), she helps commercial real estate owners maximize tax savings through cost segregation studies. Her role includes educating clients on the benefits of accelerated depreciation, conducting market research, and implementing strategic outreach methods such as cold calling and email prospecting to drive new business.

With a strong background in sales, business development, and financial consulting, Corey is committed to helping clients make informed decisions that enhance their bottom line. She actively engages in professional organizations to expand his network and stay current on industry trends. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through sports, fitness, and outdoor activities, as well as continuously learning through reading, podcasts, and industry events.
