With extensive expertise in cost segregation and repair regulations, he has spoken to various industry audiences, including CPAs and real estate firms, and has authored articles published in notable business journals. An MBA graduate from Louisiana State University, David has a rich background in real estate consulting and valuation, and enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, and wine tasting in his free time.
