As an innovative tax consultant and strategic planner, Ernie specializes in helping property owners and CPAs maximize their benefits through cost segregation, 179D, and R&D tax studies at CSSI. His entrepreneurial mindset and leadership abilities allow him to identify unique opportunities for his clients while building strong partnerships within the real estate and accounting communities. Outside of his role as a tax solutions expert, Ernie enjoys staying active with pickleball, exploring new parks, experimenting with cooking and BBQ, traveling, DJ’ing, and discovering local breweries.
