Kathy Ferguson

Kathy has dedicated the past 35 years to providing cash-flow-producing financial services nationwide, with over 15 years at CSSI, serving a diverse range of industries including medical, dental, real estate, and hospitality. Known as “The Cash Flow Specialist,” she educates tax professionals on various tax strategies, including Cost Segregation and energy efficiency tax credits, and has shared her expertise through videos, articles, and as a featured speaker at numerous events. A lifelong learner, Kathy is currently authoring her first book and cherishes her 35-year marriage, believing that making a difference in others’ lives is one of her greatest rewards.
