A University of Houston graduate, she has navigated various aspects of property transactions, from real estate sales to Texas home equity loans with AmeriQuest and traditional lending at Lending Tree. Her recent experience working with a prominent CPA firm deepened her knowledge of 1031 exchanges and tax benefits for property owners.
